Two Dozen Plus One

As the clock turns to twelve and I stepped into the much debated twenty five, I am inundated with a multitude of sentiments. It is true that age is only just a number, but the fact that I will no longer be able to check the 18 to 24 age box is slightly unnerving.
Reaching a quarter of a century, I want to make a conscious decision to change for the better. To do things that I have always wanted to and ensure that I be fair to my dreams, no matter what. I know I may not achieve anything immediately; but I will at least take little steps towards it.
To begin with, I have made myself a bucket list. A work-in-progress catalogue of a few things that I want to do, to be – so here goes. In no particular order, I want to…
# Spot a Blue Whale
# Eat at one of Chef Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants
# Climb the steps of Machu Picchu

It does not matter how long these take, or how overtly ambitious some of them might look now, they are all achievable. As Anonymous said “It does not matter how slow you go, as long as you do not stop.”
I had a splendid day – updates and pictures soon.
Happy April 08 to me 🙂
