Rapid fire!

Running a little low on self-fuelled inspiration, I’m taking up a NaBloPoMo prompt (Your cue to laugh at the acronym again – go ahead)
I picked this up from Milan’s blog – she’s also doing the thirty day challenge J
Apparently, American talk show host James Lipton asks these ten questions on his show – Inside the Actors’ Studio – and I’m going to answer them with as little thought as I can manage.

What is your favourite word?
I thought of this one while doing the Akshay V. quiz on the Brooklyn Bridge (More on that later)
The first thing that had come to my mind was ‘Panacea’ – there is something about the word that I love. Maybe the fact that it represents a cure for all?

What is your least favourite word?
Indifference.

What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Music. The only thing that covers the expanse of all the aforementioned.

What turns you off?
Secrets. And yes, lies.

What is your favourite curse word?
Have become quite the potty mouth. Ideally I would like to say something mild, but it has got to be ‘Madar’ – in the most non literal sense, of course.

What sound or noise do you love?
Thunderstorms. Grumbling clouds and lashing rain. It is love.

What sound or noise do you hate?
Howling infants on a plane. They make me consider cold blooded murder.

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
It has been a dream to pursue Anthropology. The subject fascinates me.

What profession would you not like to do?
Anything to do with numbers. Accounting, taxation and their various cousins.

If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
Ha. I suspect I shan’t get that far. But assuming that I do, it would be nice to be told that I was loved – and that the book that lists good deeds against bad ones exists!
Ta!
