Corniche

From top to bottom:

# The ‘Fulk Al Salamah’, HM’s royal vessel

# Some of the silver stuff at Mutrah Souq

# The Corniche, in it’s most picturesque self

# The man and the Shawarma

I do need a zoom lens now. Even though I might not be the most brilliant photographer as yet, and still am a little partial to the Auto mode, I would get one, in good time.

  1. Feeling nostalgic…That corniche was one of my fav spots .Forgot to introduce myself..I am Aswathy Kapil who did schooling at Indian School Sohar,my hubby from Indian School Muscat. We are currently based in Hyderabad..Nice to see Muscat again through your blog….

  2. I can completely understand. Although it is an arid desert converted into a modern settlement, it's beauty is something that never leaves you.

I couldn't visit Qantab this time, or you would have seen pictures of it too!

I did my schooling from Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir, remember coming to ISM for our sports days.

    Thanks for commenting, anyway =D

PS: Some pictures of Phet, the storm which just hit Oman, in the most recent post. Take a look.
